Paying from India

Organizations whose billing address is in India pay in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Everyone else pays in US dollars through Stripe.

Set your billing details

Before your first payment, a billing admin enters the legal name, billing address and country under Billing → Invoices & payments. In India you also choose the state and enter the 6-digit PIN code. A GSTIN is optional; when you add one it must match the state on your GST registration.

The country decides the currency. Once a subscription is paid in one currency, the country can’t move it to the other; cancel the subscription first or contact support.

How you’re charged

• Monthly: per active developer, in arrears. The charge on the 4th of each month pays the month before it: active developers, add-ons and any extra credits. If you used less than the recurring charge, the difference is a credit on your next charge.
• Annual: per seat, paid upfront. More active developers than seats in a month, or extra credits, are sent as a separate invoice that you pay by link.

You authorize the subscription once in Razorpay’s checkout with UPI AutoPay, a card, net banking or a bank mandate (eMandate). MergeHarbor never sees your card or bank details.

Invoices

Every payment gets a MergeHarbor invoice under Billing → Invoices & payments. Open it and print or save it as a PDF.

If a payment fails

Razorpay retries automatically and billing admins get an email. Billing shows which method couldn’t be charged and when; choose Update payment method to pay with another one on Razorpay’s page.

Canceling

Choose Cancel plan under Billing → Plan. Your plan ends at the end of the billing period and you keep full access until then; the final month is invoiced as usual. Changed your mind? Choose Keep my plan any time before that date. After the plan ends, reviews pause and your organization is read-only; past invoices stay available, and Resubscribe starts a new plan.
