Acceptable use policy

This policy describes uses of the MergeHarbor services that are not allowed. It applies to every user of an organization’s account.

You may not

• Submit code or content you do not have the right to process.
• Use the services to develop malware or to attack systems you are not authorized to test.
• Attempt to access another organization’s data or bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Probe, scan, or load-test the services without written permission. Report security issues through our responsible disclosure process.
• Use the services to violate applicable law, including export controls and sanctions.
• Resell or provide the services to third parties except as permitted by your agreement.

Enforcement

We may suspend access that violates this policy, with notice where practical. Report suspected violations to abuse@mergeharbor.com.
