0.10.48- Upgrade openssl to this version or later
Description
SubjectAlternativeName and ExtendedKeyUsage arguments were parsed using the OpenSSL function X509V3_EXT_nconf. This function parses all input using an OpenSSL mini-language which can perform arbitrary file reads.

How to fix
Move to the fixed version or later with your package manager, update the lockfile, and run your tests. If the package only arrives through another dependency, upgrade that dependency first. If none of its releases pulls a fixed version yet, force the version with your package manager's override.
openssl crates.io → 0.10.48
- cargo
cargo update -p openssl --precise 0.10.48
