0.10.48- Upgrade openssl to this version or later
Description
OpenSSL has a modified bit that it can set on on X509_NAME objects. If this bit is set then the object is not thread-safe even when it appears the code is not modifying the value.

How to fix
Move to the fixed version or later with your package manager, update the lockfile, and run your tests. If the package only arrives through another dependency, upgrade that dependency first. If none of its releases pulls a fixed version yet, force the version with your package manager's override.
openssl crates.io → 0.10.48
- cargo
cargo update -p openssl --precise 0.10.48
